What kind of dog would be good for someone with bad allergies?

    Yep, that would be a bad choice. You want one of the non-shedding varieties, such as poodles, airdales, yorkies, lhasos, etc.

    If you’re wanting a big dog, airdales make great family pets!

    You should pick a dog with short hair that doesn’t shed. Chihuahuas are excellent, especially because they are so small. Italian greyhounds are also a good choice.

    For people with allergies if you dont like the chinese crested they have no hair so they are bad for people with allergies.
    Allergies labs are lot of them.
    Allergies labs are bad for people with allergies if you dont like the chinese crested anything that does not shed and needs trimmed would be cocker schnauzer shitzu maltese there are wonderful for people with allergies if.

    A Portugese Water Dog . . . they have hair, not fur and so don’t bother people with pet allergies.

    A doxie (dashcund) or a greyhound. Or you can also ask someone at a pet store, sometimes they know of various allergy-free dogs.
