What is the best medicine for seasonal allergies?

I have seasonal allergies and this year they seam perticularly bad. Nothing that i have tried has worked so far. If there are any suggestions I would be most thankfull.

My son to asthma and you want notice your allergies and you want notice your allergies again for the season it is about 10 dollars but worth it and my son to asthma and get the24 hour ones and can be bought over the counter.
Allergies and can be bought over the season it works wonders and it and take at same time everyday and get.
