I have allergies all year round! Now allergy shots…the goal is to give gradual exposure so that the body can “get use to it” and become desensitized. It’s supposed to make the body react less to the allergens. But why haven’t the body “gotten use” to the allergens after years of exposure and symptoms already? Claritin and Zyrtec isn’t working…even with a combo usage of Sudafed. Help!?

A family member of mine is allergic to short haired dogs. I like a certain breed, but it happends to be short haired. I have been looking at this breed for several years now. I really don’t like the longhaired breeds. I looked and I am pretty stuck on this breed. Can we get rid of these allergies for good?

we had a couple dogs while i was growing up (and my mom still has one) but my inlaw’s dog does havoc on my immune system.

It is possible to have major allergy problems when you are exposed to mold so it is important to know the symptoms you you notice. You need to make sure that you have your dwelling tested if you think that you may be getting sick a lot and you suspect that mold may be the issue.
