Allergies?

That sounds a bit like sinusitis
Try taking sinutab ((no prescription needed))
If you can like feel kinda pressure round you eyes it probably is
If not try something like priton
you can take teh sinutab either way as it will just stop your nose running

Sounds allergy related.
Try Zyrtec…Its available over the counter but is a bit expensive. Also a teaspoon of honey in the morning….it works wonders!
