Okay, my boyfriend of 6 months is allergic to eggs. I was wondering, for our anniversary, are their any cake recipes that substitute eggs for something else? I would really appreciate the help!!!

    No Egg Wonder Cake

    NGREDIENTS
    1 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup shortening
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 cup cold water

    PREPARATION
    Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat until almost smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
